No you don't need to contact the bank. But when you don't receive an answer by Kwalate, you can ask the bank if the payment did arrive.
We didn't have communicationproblems with Kwalate. We did have contact with Babedi. Maybe you can ask him to answer you.
He did send his answer always the same day or the day after.

We did pay in Euro, because the bank doesn't have to calculate 2 times...
Because you can't pay in Pula, you have to know how much you have to pay in USD or EURO.
BUT paying in euro doesn't have the problem to change to times.
When you pay in USD, your bank will change it first from your euroaccount to USD en after that will the bank in botswana change it to PULA.
It's better to pay in euro, when you live in an Eurocountry.
