We go there end of july, after fish river canyon (2 nights), then 1 night klein aus, then 2 night Sesriem then further north to swakopmund, etc etc.

It's just the first days we want to see some wildlife and thought KTP is a good choice.

What do you think, maybe 1 day less in fish river canyon or skip a night in klein aus? Or not visit KTP?
There is a campspot in KTP available for the date we want in Nossob and Mata Mata camp. So maybe we can first go to Nossob and then after back and stay at Mata Mata camp??

We booked 6 nights etosh, 2 nights sesriem

Ok – this is now a lot clearer to me at least.
You might consider as follows:
1 day Windhoek at arrival – stay there it’s not worthwhile the hassle to drive somewhere far away
1 day somewhere close to the Kalahari (i.e. Bagatelle Campsite)
2 day’s Fish River (it could be very cold in July down there)
2 days D707: for example Koiimasis
…then proceed to Sesriem for your onward journey.
Forget KTP for only 2 nights - it is too much of a hassle to simply drive there to stay overnight, then maybe visit the park for one day and then drive back to Fish River.
Remember, you will drive a lot – it is not really fun to spend 6 hours or more in the car every day…make sure you can stay everywhere for at least 2 nights.

What to do in the Kalahari, because that was our first plan.
Are there animals, wildlife selfdrive tracks etc. Is there any gaming like KTP?
