Air Namibia hereby would like to inform the public that one of its leased aircraft from West Air V5-WEB has been attached in Harare this morning, Friday 5 October 2018 by the Zimbabwean Sheriff, as a result of the pending legal matter that was instituted by the four Zimbabwean Nationals against Air Namibia. By law, a leased equipment is not subject to attachment.
Air Namibia is busy engaging a Lawyer in Zimbabwe to attend to the matter and advise the airline further. Also addressing the issue of attaching or not attaching a leased equipment.
The affected passengers are being taken care of and we are currently working on the matter to ensure that the aircraft is released to allow for departure of the flight from Zimbabwe.
We will keep you updated on further developments in the matter."

Warum postest Du eigentlich NIE, oder fast NIE die Quelle zu dem was Du aus dem Netz hier einstellst. Ich bin auch sicher das Du das nicht selber geschrieben hast. Manchmal gibt es noch etwas mehr Info dazu, welche der Poster nicht als relevant einstuft.

Attached Namibia Aircraft in Zimbabwe has been released

Intervention at Government level and Air Namibia has secured the release of the aircraft which will be airborne first thing Saturday morning.

The aircraft and some the passengers are still in Zimbabwe. Some passengers are to be rerouted via South Africa and the rest will be accommodated in Hotels in Harare until departure.

The corporate communication officer of Air Namibia Paul Nakawa said earlier today the aircraft had been attached by the Zimbabwean Sheriff as a result of the pending legal matter that was instituted by four Zimbabwean nationals against Air Namibia.

Es ist angemessen immer die Quelle anzugeben wenn man etwas aus dem Netz kopiert. Das gehört sich so und ist auch meine Meinung.

Christian, mich würde interessieren, ob Du herausgefunden hast, warum es zur genannten Verspätung kam. Weißt Du inzwischen mehr (brauchst für mich auch nicht die Quelle anzugeben).
